Working closely with our UK partners Encore Machinery, Matti Orion and Paragon Pressure Seal, the world’s first pinless high volume pressure seal solution was launched at the CONCERO Open House Event at Matti Orion’s Wickwar facility in January this year.
The CONCERO system processes up-to 49,000 A4 documents per hour, from a either pinless or pin-fed roll stock.
Alongside the high speed pinless CONCERO system, the pin-fed OPERAM solution was also unveiled. The 2-up pressure seal system helps reduce printing costs and increase output performance by cutting, folding and sealing up-to 37,000 A4 documents per hour.
UK manufacturer Watkiss Automation also attended the event exhibiting their Bookmaster and Powersquare booklet makers.
